Controlling Access in Winhelp with an .INI file

Freeware

Create, Read, Edit and Delete .INI files for Security, Tip of the Day.

Demo

This Winhelp file takes advantage of the Windows Application Programming Interface, or API, to write a system .INI file. Help authors can establish levels of information for users or workgroups, based on settings in the .INI file. Your help system creates, reads, and changes these system files; use it to screen user access to files on a network, or to just save a bit or two of data for later.
